The following is the fee schedule for Mediator, Larry S. Pivacek, Esquire. The fee schedule for all categories (Family, Circuit Civil, Civil Probate and County Court) of cases is as follows:
Standard Mediation Rate
$75.00 per party / per hour
Minimum Fee Charged
No minimum fee is charged by the mediator. The parties only pay for each hour actually used in mediation.
Travel Fee
Generally, no travel fee is charged by this mediator.
Cancelation Fee
The mediator reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee for any mediation canceled with fourteen (14) days of the scheduled mediation. The cancelation fee, if exercised by the mediator, will be identified in the confirmation letter.
Extra Fee After 5:00 P.M
The mediator does not charge an extra amount of money if the mediation continues past 5:00 P.M. Mediation always charges $75.00 per party / per hour.
Extra Fee For Friday And / Or Weekend Mediation
The mediator does not charge an extra amount of money if the mediation is set on a Friday or on a weekend. The mediator always charges $75.00 per party / per hour.
